1.2 Once user registered SDCS account, all his behavior will be treated as agree with all kinds of announcements issued.
1.3 SDCS membership service agreement and each channel single terms of service will be updated by signway company at any time without further notice. You should pay attention to and comply with the relevant provisions of the relevant service when you use the service.
1.4 After successful registration, signway will give each user an account and password corresponding.The user is responsible for the account and password . Users should be liable to all activities and events of the user account.
Before using the services provided by SDCS, you should read this service agreement carefully. You can take the initiative to cancel the services, while you do not agree with this service agreement or the modification. once you use the SDCS services, that means you understand and agree to the contents of the service agreement, including the modification of the service protocol by signway at any time.

2.registration information and privacy protection

2.1 The ownership of SDCS account belongs signway. Users get the the right to use signway account after complete registration formalities. Users should provide detailed and accurate personal information, and update the registration information timely.All the raw data will be referred to the registration information. Signway will not negative any responsibility for the problem caused by fake registration information or not updating related registration information.
2.2 Users should provide true identity information to register account. The illegal and harmful information should be forbidden in account name, head portraits and brief submitted by the user. Signway will not allow register with the existence of the above. If we discover that illegal and harmful information after registration,or cheat registration,Signway has the right to take measures as the rectification within a time limit, suspend the use and cancellation of registration without notice.
2.3 Users should not transfer,sell or lend the account number and password to others. If the user authorize others to use the account, he should be respond to all acts of the account by the authorized person.
2.4 Signway may provide services and content that you may be interested with partners. If needed,you agree to share your information with Signway and its partners. Signway will request its partners to ensure data security and prohibited for any other purpose. Signway will not provide or share any information with unrelated third party.
2.5 Signway may disclose your information in the following cases:
(1) obtain your authorization in advance;
(2) you use a shared feature;
(3) in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, legal proceedings or mandatory requirements of the competent authority of the government;
(4) for the purpose of academic research or public interest;
(5) to safeguard the legitimate rights of Signway, such as search, prevention, treatment of fraud or security issues;
(6) According to the provisions of the relevant terms of service or the agreement.
2.6 As you know and authorization, signway will use your information and synchronize it with associated companies only in necessary, to provide credit related services.
2.7 To serve you better, you agree that signway sends you commercial service information through text messages and other ways.

3. service regulations

3.1 Users must abide by the law of China when using SDCS service. Users should not use this service to do any illegal or improper activities,including but not limited to the following acts:
(1) displaying, posting, transmitting the information contained one of the following contents:
1) against the basic principles set by the constitution;
2) endanger national security, disclose state secrets, subvert state power, and destroy national unity;
3) damage to the national honor and interests;
4) incitement to ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and the destruction of national unity;
5) the destruction of national religion policy, the cult and the feudal superstition;
6) spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and destroying social stability;
7) the distribution of obscene, pornographic, gambling, violence, murder, terror or the solicitation of a crime;
8) insult or slander others, infringe upon the lawful rights of others;
9) contain false, harmful, threatening, against the others privacy, harassment, abuse, defamation, vulgar, obscene, or other morally objectionable content;
10) contain content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, and any other legal effect;
(2) Users shall not use network service system for any illegal purpose;
(3) Users shall not use SDCS service to do following activities:
1) access to the computer information network or t use computer information network resources without permission;
2) delete, modify or add the function of computer information network without permission;
3) delete, modify or increase the data and applications that are stored, processed or transmitted in the computer information network without permission;
4) create and disseminate computer viruses and other destructive procedures on purpose;
5) other acts that endanger the safety of computer information network.
3.2 Users should compensate signway and associated company for any fees, caused by their violation of this agreement or the terms of service. In this regard, depending on the nature of the user's behavior, signway has the right to take measures like delete content released by users, suspend license, termination of service, restrictions on the use, recycling SDCS account, investigate legal responsibility etc. The malicious registration signway account or to engage in illegal activities by signway account, trouble, harassment, fraud other users and other acts in violation of this agreement, signway has the right to recover the account. At the same time, signway will regard the requirements of the judiciary, to assist in the investigation.
3.3 users shall not copy, sell or use on any other commercial purposes with any part of the services.
3.4 users must bear legal responsibility for their use in the service. User shall bear the legal liability forms include but not limited to: compensate to the victims, give signway equal compensation that signway take charge instead.

4.service content

4.1 The specific content of the network services is provided by signway according to the actual situation.
4.2 unless has other express provision, new products, new features and new services by signway observe the service agreement .
4.3 To use this service, you must access to the Internet through legal third party, and pay for relevant service yourself. In addition, you must be equipped with all necessary equipment yourself, including computer, data machine or other access device.
4.4 in view of the particularity of the service network, user agrees that signway has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network service at any time without prior notification (including toll network service). signway does not guarantee that the network service is not interrupted, and timeliness, safety, accuracy of the network service is also not guaranteed.
4.5 signway need to repair or maintenance platform and related equipment providing network services regular or irregular, so network service (including toll network service) interrupt caused by such a situation within a reasonable time , signway will not bear any responsibility. Signway keep the right for repair and maintenance, upgrade or other purposes to suspend any part of the service without prior notice.
4.6 the service or third person may provide a link to a website or resource on other international internet. Due to signway cannot control these sites and resources, you know and agree that signway shall not be responsible for use of such websites or resources . Any content, advertising, products or other data presented or derived from such websites or resources, signway also does not guarantee or responsible. Due to use or reliance on any such websites or resources released or produced any damage, signway does not undertake any responsibility.
4.7 users agree clear that risk of using signway network services entirely beard by themselves. Users understand and accept that download or obtain any information via SDCS service depending on the user himself, and they will bear the risk of system damage, data loss or any others. signway do not guarantee for any commodity shopping service, service in the online transaction process, and recruitment information.
4.8 Signway keep the right to close the account that no login over 6 months.
4.9 signway has the right to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate the service (or any part thereof ) at any time, and regardless of the notice, signway will not bear any responsibility to users and any third person.
4.10 termination of service
Based on its own account, you agree that signway will termination of your password, account number, or the service use (or service of any part of it), for any reason including but not limited to, no use for long time (more than one year), or signway blockbuster that you have violated the service agreement of the letter and spirit, and your content in the service to be removed and delete. You agree that under any provision of this service agreement offer this service, without the need for prior notice can be interrupted or terminated. you understand and agree that, signway can immediately close or delete your account and all the relevant information and documents, or prohibit the continued use of the aforementioned documents or the service. In addition, you agree that if the use of the service is interrupted or termination,or your account and relevant information and documents are closed or deleted,signway does not undertake any responsibility to you or any third person.

5.1 the conclusion, implementation and interpretation of the agreement, and the settlement of disputes shall apply to the law of china.
5.2 if have any dispute of this agreement or the execution, both sides shall try to resolve through friendly consultation. Consultation fails, any party may prosecute to people's court where signway registered.
5.3 signway blockbuster's failure to exercise or perform this service agreement any right or provision, does not constitute a surrender of the foregoing rights.
